Led a team comprising of twenty five managers, with equipment worth INR 60 Lakhs approximately.Planned and executed the project for Conduct of Indian Army's Artillery Seminar 2009, a forum for discussion on professional matters, at Nasik, India, with a budget of INR three Crores.Planned and executed the project for renovation and refurbishment of Officers Transit Facility comprising of Dining area and its sixteen rooms at New Delhi. The project had a team of eight and a budget of INR two Crores.Significantly reduced expenses of the directorate by constant monitoring and modifying processes.

Jammu And Kashmir

Led a highly ebullient team comprising of approximtely 500 officers and soldiers in providing Medium Artillery Fire Power to an Infantry Division spread more than 100 Kilometers on Line of Control in J & K. Responsibility encompassed all aspects of operations, training, planning, and discipline of the regiment eqipped with 155 mm Bofors Guns and deployed at three different palces more than 70 kilometers apart. Enhanced training standards and operational effectiveness.Significantly improving motivation levels, commitment and enhancing team satisfaction.Implemented major projects ranging between INR 2-10 Crores as part of CSR Projects under Operation Sadbhavna of Indian Army.Regular liaison, interaction and deliberations with District Administration to identify needy villages for execution of CSR Projects and monitor payoffs from the same.Headed Project Team of different departments for smooth conduct of enrolment of local youth into Indian Army. Events spread over four days with more than 5000 aspirants in a challenging security scenario.
