About Sunil Gill

"As an educator, my values and practices are more important than my words." This sums up my approach to teaching-learning. It is important to connect with educators as individuals first, foster their gifts/talents, and build a safe relationship. Educators need to experience first their own choice, voice, joy, and freedom in learning before facilitating the same experience for others. Recognizing the pressing need for mass educators who possess empathy, creativity, critical thinking, and a vision of creating meaningful learning, I committed myself to supporting alternative, self-designed learning programs for aspiring educators.
