Responsible for designing, developing and implementing OSHA’s Establishment Data System (EDS) Data Mart. Federal Bureau of Labor & Statistics (BLS) consolidates statistical data and inspection reports of every company, in every industry, in the entire USA into EDS and then, compliance officers use EDS to identify individual employers in their jurisdiction with ongoing safety and health problems; recognize hazards and document deficiencies in the workplace; identify establishments for targeted interventions; carry out technical support and compliance assistance duties.

On-line Resources for the Children of Alaska (ORCA) system is a statewide-automated Child Welfare Services System. It protects and ensures the safety of the most vulnerable and "at risk" children. Abused children/juveniles who commit crime are taken into state's custody. Case-Plans are established in ORCA to provide foster-care, family rehabilitation, financial help, etc., to bring-back normalcy into these individuals. ORCA is a highly object oriented system and I was responsible for planning, designing and developing the super entity "Case Folder”. This Case Management entity keeps all other entities (Report of Harm, Investigations, Assessments, Report of Contacts, Case Plans, Case Plan Reviews, Court Cases, Administrative Case Reviews, etc.) glued together.

Created GRAFIK Eye Designer™, an architectural lighting control design solution that features 1. Extensive conditional business logic code in sizing various Lutron products based on their clients’ lighting needs 2. Modules to create pictorial electrical wiring diagrams accurately on the fly 3. Generate Equipment List, Bill of Materials as well as wiring diagrams at the point of sale 4. Import/Export of Load Schedules, Equipment List and Bill of Materials from/to MS Access database 5. Export electrical wiring diagrams to AutoCAD, and 6. Full featured Windows Help file. I designed, coded and implemented this solution in its entirety.
