Partner with business heads of Cloud, IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Security Services Practices. To understand their strategic priorities, hiring focus areas , provide subject matter expertise to the hiring managers on matters relating to talent acquisition.• Provide support in implementing the organization talent acquisition strategy.• Create and execute the hiring plan and budgets in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Head.• Make use of relevant hiring sources that are cost effective, time efficient and attract the right talent using the best suitable sourcing channels.• Make use of defined selection techniques that best demonstrate a candidate’s technical skills,Organizational fit and competency alignment.• Create a positive hiring experience for the candidates and keep the candidates updated and engaged at every stage of the selection process.• Support in identifying and creating a talent pool for critical positions across the organization.• Manage, provide support and guide the team to deliver on the job.
