Taking lead role as Senior Commercial Manager, assuring TDIC’s business interests are properly represented in all contract agreements with commercial customers;Assist in developing & implementing Commercial & Contractual Awareness within TDIC matrix Teams;Ensure control and adherence to project budget, manage change and administer TDIC process;Establish and monitor reporting procedures to ensure that ‘up to date’ information is at hand in respect of contract position and financials.Liaise with management, as well as Legal and other departments on legal issues and risks around technical solutions and legal commitment;Participate in pro-active dispute resolution;Participate in the preparation of procurement strategies for each Project.

Assisting management on a range of construction projects from project inception, planning & feasibility studies, appointment of Project Managers, Consultants and specialists for design development and tender documentation, running of tender process, selection of Main Contractors, Nominated Contractors & Suppliers, compiling of Contract documents, project control, Post Contract administration, construction supervision and coordination between various parties and stake holders for the successful completion & handing over of projects.
