Migrated all the branches of New Delhi Zone to Core Banking except two branch in the rural areas which are being brought under an alternative connectivity plan to maintain reliability of bandwidth. Having completed New Delhi Zone Branches now the migration of Branches in the adjoining Zones such as Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Dehradun, Meerut and Moradabad are being undertaken.The process of migration involves premigration preparedness of data, infrastructure readiness and post migration support.

Handling Credit appraisal of various clients based on risk assessment. Organizing / participating in Lenders and Consortium Meeting. Mobilizing of credit proposal, innovation and customizing of products as per market trends and client requirements. Finalizing of Credit targets of the Branch and formulating of strategy to achieve targets. Managing of credit operations, preparation and appraisal of credit proposal, documentation and disbursement of funds and monitoring of advances.

Handling the ATM operations entailing monitoring the proper functioning of ATM & the available cash position and requirement at ATM. Co-ordinating the ATM service personals in case of malfunctioning of ATM & tallying the physical cash position at ATM at regular intervals. Successfully installed and activated 10 ATMs on a single day. Implementing of cheque Truncation Systems and coordinating with various vendors for integration of operations

As a Branch Manager my primary target was to consolidate the customer base of the branch. Provide personalised service to HNIs in the residential area.

 Successfully started Cash Management Services in New Delhi for corresponding Banking relationship with Public / Private and MNC Banks. Productively handled upcountry collections for StanChart / ANZ Grndlys / Bank of America / IngVysya / Corpn Bank / Centurion BOP / HDFC / Deutsche Bank and ICICI Bank.Formulating operating budgets to ensure optimum utilization of available resources towards the accomplishment of overall corporate goals.
