I have over 15 years of experience, specializing in technical leadership, design engineering, and project management. My career has focused on innovation and collaboration.I have extensive experience in all aspects of project management, including budgeting and cost optimization, risk assessments and control, technical feasibility studies, project scope definition, estimations, and cost control. My global experience, including 2+ years onsite in Augusta, USA, has enhanced my ability to lead diverse teams.At ClubCar, I lead projects on Golf and Utility vehicle projects. I manage new product development, VAVE projects, and ensure quality, delivery, and cost targets are met. I work with cross-functional teams, conduct technical reviews, and align stakeholders.Previously, at Ingersoll Rand Engineering and Technology Center, I developed end-of-line testers for Power Tools and Material Handling equipment and led Power Tools controller projects. I have extensive experience in developing die casting parts, injection molded parts, and fabricated parts. I collaborated with international teams and managed supplier relationships.I’ve led global New Product Development (NPD) and VAVE projects, partnering with senior business leaders in project planning and execution. I’ve managed design teams, leading design projects and mentoring team members on technical areas. My strong communication skills and action-oriented approach have been key to driving project success.Outside of work, I enjoy Badminton, Volleyball, Chess, and Traveling.
