• Run AR reports daily / weekly for client account.• Handling a team of 10 associates and responsible for their performance as per client SLA.• Prioritize claims for AR work based on aging, dollar value, payer and other criteria.• Assign AR accounts and prioritized claims to AR Associates for completion on a daily or weekly as appropriate.• Audit AR work to ensure collection, productivity and quality targets are met.• Claims & statements generation from billing software and upload them.• Taken cares of all rejections (EDI & Insurance), Denials and bring staff up to date for the same to avoid further rejections.• Monitor & report Team performance metrics to the RO.• Takes care of meeting client SLAs (Service level agreements) & TATs (turnaround time) for each of our client• Performing quality check on the A/R follows or EOB denial analysis work done by the team before it is sent to the clients.• Have Identified trends within the portfolio to aid collections and improve the productivity.• Have taken up new pilot’s projects & worked towards proper transition of knowledge to team member.
