Current1-Planning: Developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, milestones, and resource allocation, and ensuring alignment with overall business.2-Project progress: Ensuring timely completion of projects by monitoring progress, taking corrective action based on performance metrics.3-Monitoring: Continuously tracking key performance indicators, including team velocity and other productivity metrics. Leading and participating in tool-box talks and devising preemptive steps to stop them from happening.4-Team Management: Managing human resources effectively, including on-boarding, off-boarding, and resource allocation. Converting requirements into tasks and determining task priorities for individual team members and the project. Maintaining a healthy, collaborative work environment by resolving team conflicts and issues. 5-Quality Assurance: Skillfully ensuring that the project meets established quality standards by overseeing the quality assurance and testing processes. Identifying issues related to quality, implementing remedial measures, and confirming the efficacy of the remedy being implemented. s. 6-Communication: Acting as a liaison between upper management, and the project team. Updating management with project status, progress, and risks in a clear and timely manner.7-Scheduling: Planning monthly meetings related to progress and budget of project to ensure projects were delivered on time , were within budget, and of high quality standards.8-Risk management: Identifying, assessing and addressing project risks using a thorough risk management strategy (RAMS -Risk assessment and Method statement). Monitoring and evaluating the project budget, executing cost control measures when needed.9-Documentation and Reporting: Preparing reports/presentations for project management review.10-Training: Training and capacity building on Quality Management System in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
