As an experienced Agile practitioner, I have successfully planned and implemented SAFe for multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs), driving efficient and collaborative development processes. My role as a servant leader involved working closely with stakeholders and development teams, organizing Scrum ceremonies during each Planning Interval (PI) meeting, and empowering teams to self-organize and enhance cross-functionality. I actively contributed to the agile maturity of the teams, fostering continuous improvement at a sustainable pace for both the team and the organization. Prior to launching the ART, I conducted comprehensive training sessions for managers, leaders, and team members, ensuring a seamless transition to Agile practices.Throughout my career, I have excelled in facilitating PI planning events, acting as a skilled facilitator for product owners and agile teams.
