CurrentDriving a mandate spanning across implementing, maintaining and supporting IT solutions used in the planning and execution of sales strategy for the Aujan group of companies across the MENA region.Key Projects:▪ Migrated the old sales force system (route trac) system which was running on Windows terminal system to Android based Salesforce system (Xnapp)▪ Implemented Salesman and Asset tracking modules.▪ Implemented the distributor management system in Iran with a sales team of 350+ members.▪ Handling more than 1000+ Salesforce team members. For the existing sales application support and development.▪ In Lebanon, implemented end to end Route to market solution which was used by 100+ salesman on a daily basis. As a part of the solution, in-house order to cash solution was developed and implemented for Lebanon.▪ In UAE, to improve the sales operation efficiency, a global consultant 'Globalpraxis' was hired. To support the team to understand and analyze the existing issues and implement the changes.▪ A core team was formed which included people from various departments (Sales, Finance, HR and IT). Represented IT and was part of the core team providing recommendations from a system point of view▪ Implemented Route scheduling application in effective UAE for delivery planning which have 20+ delivery trucks operational on a daily basis.▪ Implemented DMS (Distributor Management Solution) across Iraq and Iran which is a system used by coke bottlers across India and many big companies across Africa. Currently the system is used by 400+ Salesforce team members on a daily basis.▪ All Salesforce solutions were integrated to various systems (ERP, Power BI). Developed the integration programs and managed the integration team. For Power BI integration, managed Vendor and Internal BI team on development and testing.
