• Job involves Providing Office Automation & process Automation solutions to customers in co-ordination with Sales team. Providing Second level support & complete turnkey solutions to customers in Office Automation.• Responsible for overall Productivity in Service support for Office Automation Products & Operations. • Organizing & planning visits at customer place to study process.• Conducting Presentation with awareness to customer on as is state / the desired state with current technology with T.C.O. & breakeven time.• Organizing Presentation on Current technology trends in sync with Sales team.• Organizing & planning Expotainer VAN at Customer place demonstrating benchmark technology trends with DEMO Products & running machines• Planning Marketing Strategy/new products in Office Automation/Production printing. • Setup, implement & co-ordinate with sales, all Marketing Strategies through Setup workshop, Practical On Field Demonstration & Morning meetings with evening Con-Call to improve productivity & Achieve Targets.• Responsible for Gross Margins, High Margin Product Promotion & Team retention.• Documentation to ensure that processes are followed strictly.• Promote employee morale, good working standard, & maximum effectiveness• Maintain good discipline and hygienic environment at Office.• Implementing the Suggestion scheme linked with Rewards & Recognition.• Identification of training needs to Team Leaders & Team membersTools Used:• Go To Market Strategy• Leading by example.Achievements :• “Helped Sales to sell First I-gen 4 of the country sold in Aurangabad for 3.5 CR.”• Preferred Vendor Award by Endurance Technologies Limited.• Won All India contract for Service with Lupin Laborataries Limited.• Won BSNL bill printer on rental service for Marathwada Area..“We are the people who actually Sell the Concept and are responsible Customer Satisfaction & long term Retention”.
