The mater's thesis work is in the area of Design Automation and Multi-disciplinary design optimization. As a team, we are implementing the design automation methodology to develop the complete battery pack for electric buses and trucks; this method is implemented to assist the company in building different configurations of the battery pack in any given space in a shorter period. The second part of our thesis work is related to the optimization of the battery pack. In which we would focus on building knowledge for further development of the battery pack design.

Sweden

The academic project 'Gas Burner Integrated Fuel Distribution System' was related to concept development of fuel distribution system for SGT-800 gas turbine. Along with concept development few simulations were performed to evaluate the stress and fatigue life of different concepts.

Bengaluru Area, India

The project work was related to the re-engineering of the EV battery charging station. My task was to gather the drawbacks of the previous design and provide the solution that would enhance the performance of the charging station. On the one hand, I addressed problems related to design, manufacturing and assembly. On the other hand, I provided support to improve the cooling, insulation, and functionality performance.

Bengaluru Area, India

At flyvi, I worked on designing and developing sheet metal and machined components for electromechanical products. As most of the products were designed for aerospace and defense applications, I had an excellent opportunity to learn about different quality testing methods and surface finishing methods. Additionally, I constantly involved in prototype development and testing of products. The overall experience of working with a complete product life cycle helped me get a better understanding of the product and improve my designing skills.
