​A major part of my professional life has been spent in the Broking Industry with Sharekhan as Branch Manager, during this tenure I have always lived up to the expectations of the seniors and organisation. This was possible only with teamwork, proper planning and proper utilisation of resources. During this tenure, I learnt closely about client acquisition, client retention, customer satisfaction, problem solving, product pitching, event management, project planning, corporate ethics, coaching etc.Having worked as COO-Retail at Hensex Securities, currently investing the time to improve my technical analysis skills, due to being associated with the stock market for a long time this subject always attracted me but could never spare time, for me learning is a matter of great satisfaction in itself.While learning programming during graduation (B.Sc. Computer), learned very minutely the important aspects required to run the business efficiently; such as flow charting for planning, designing the efficient flow of process, decision making, breaking large tasks into small pieces (algorithms), optimum use of available options, significance of data, analysis of data, preparation of MIS, scheduling, reporting, adherence to timeline etc., All these learnings came in handy at every stage of my professional life. The gist is that if you have a good understanding of all these aspects, nothing remains difficult and impossible.In my career, most of the time, I got the opportunity to build and lead teams, I went through many important aspects very closely and learned over the years like manpower planning, recruitment, team management, marketing strategies, team motivation, cost control, training, moral boosting, business development etc. I have always given importance to understanding the process of work, I believe that if you understand the process properly then everything else becomes easy.I am looking for an appropriate position, where I can leverage the experience I have gained and grow my career through my hard work and dedication and can prove to be an asset to the organisation. The Preferred location is Jodhpur (/WFH), but if a good career is offered, then the decision can be taken accordingly.
