Working as Procurement Category Manager for AWS Data Centers of APAC Region. Categories being handled are General Contractor, Controls (Building Management System, Electrical Power Monitoring System) and Commissioning.Role and responsibility in brief:• Issuing tender, negotiation, tender review meeting, internal bid discussion and award. • Finalising Master Service Agreement consisting of payment terms, LDs, BGs, GMP contracting model etc.• Supplier qualification in terms of appropriate Insurance, Safety and Health norms, Due diligence etc. before finalizing the vendor for on boarding.• Category management with all and strategies specific to procurement, new supplier on boarding and supplier development.• New supplier development and supplier relationship management with existing suppliers.Accomplishments:1. Finalizing GC fitout works of 13 Million USD:2. All controls (BMS and EPMS) and commissioning package of Data Center located in APAC region (More than 20 Million USD).

Worked as Buyer and was responsible for procurement of all Project Material and Services at Site.1. Procuring all material (Civil, mechanical, electrical) & works contracts of INR 800 cr project2. Important proposals currently handled:• All IT infrastructure for project.• Civil materials like RMC, Cement, TMT steel etc.• Earth materials such as Murrum, Rubble, Course Aggregate etc.• All furnitures, electricals & electronics goods required for project• Quality lab items, construction chemicals & safety PPEs• Structural steel & all other items of construction project
