Some of the applications (Legacy Wachovia bank side applications) will be decommissioned to merge with existing Securities arm of Legacy Wachovia which will be retained with new name Wells Fargo Advisors. The projects involve filling the merger gaps to consolidate and redesign the business processes to ensure smooth and successful transition. It enables financial services and investment banking firms with a global/regional presence to perform KYC checks and on-board customers/sellers/agents efficiently, comply with all related regulatory requirements and manage client information effectively to get a single view of its clients.Responsibilities:• Product roadmap definition and Market Research & Analysis• Gap Analysis vis-à-vis competitors offering• Requirements Elaboration and Business Process Modelling• Presales which includes analyzing and responding to customer’s request for information/ proposals/ demonstrations• Evaluating and verifying quarterly release of the product from functional and business side2) CBL is a centralized verification system for retail segment clients, typically used in loan application approval process at TATRA BANKA (Brartislava Slovakia). The proposed CBL system automates the process of accessing different databases (internal/ external to Tatra bank) to fetch data and highlight discrepancy in data, if any. It provides seamless integration with Loan APS system and fraud detection system with no manual intervention. UBS Investment Bank being one of the world’s premiers advisory and securities business needs to comply with AML and KYC regulations to meet compliance standards with intelligent business process to eliminate illegal entities, fraudulent transactions, and non-compliance charges.This assignment is to design an application for streamlining the client Onboarding process with special focus on client vetting and Anti Money Laundering Compliances. The system integrates the client management systems at UBS-IB to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of client Onboarding, enhancement and review processes. Responsibilities: • Understanding the existing onboarding and review process to analyze As-is-Model• Business Process Modeling and Analysis to deliver To-be-Model• Detailed Requirement Gathering and Analysis delivering 90 odd Usecases. • Designed Business Flow and Logical flow for Business Rules and Workflow• Defining test strategy and test scenarios and was actively involved in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) execution.• Resolving functional gaps and Change Request management.• One point Contact to Coordinate Onsite-Offshore Domain related knowledge transfers and to resolve Functional Issue.
