Role:Management decision makingCost effectiveness in ManufacturingEfficiency improvement in ProcessesResponsibilities:• Following IFRS accounting, SOX compliance in audit & internal controls.• Preparation of Financial Reports and appraising Operating results of the responsible profit centers in terms of Product costs, budgets, forecasts.• Product cost validation and release, working closely with the Senior product engineering/development committees , foreseeing and controlling the cost development during product development till the pilot production, based on agreed/approved cost estimate, Support factory management in continuous look-out for Make or Buy cost optimizations• Maximize return on assets and enhance the effectiveness of production by establishing policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems• Monitor all the processes in Manufacturing and cross functional areas in Design, Development, Quality & Supply Chain• Monitor production capacities & utilization, control on under-recovery costs• Control the scrap process, purchase process, MRP processes, stock levels• Preparation of Financial Reports and appraising Operating results of the responsible profit centers in terms of Product costs, budgets, forecasts • Overseeing the product portfolio margins and providing timely information to the Sales teams, controlling & driving the right sales mix.

Responsible for the Financial Controlling and Finalization of accounts - Planning, Forecasts, Budgeting and monthly reporting of four international subsidiaries, two of them in Singapore , One in Dubai and One in Africa. Finalization of accounts includes audit of accounts as per Indian GAAP for Group Consolidation requirements, and finalization and reporting of financials as per Singapore GAAP and IFRS (followed in Dubai and Africa companies). • Month-end, Year-end Closing & Reporting• Lead internal controls & SOX compliance/governance in reporting, and in presentation of Financials.• Project Management & control of periodical budgets and monitoring the actuals, on platform of Project Life cycle management.• Capex & working capital managementITNL and it’s entire subsidiaries moved into the SAP platform to be its common ERP solution for Infrastructure (Construction and O&M), HR, Finance and BPC (for reporting and consolidation). Was honored from the Vice President Finance with extended role as the FICO lead & implementation partner for the SAP ERP roll-out.

Was Head of Controlling, BU Controller for Automotive OE/OEM/OES/IAM, Key Lead representing Controlling in Business/Operational Planning, Q term forecast. SAP CO Key User, Good knowledge in MM, SD, PP modulesMonth-end closing in CO, Reporting of financials in BCSCorporate Business planning/ForecastsMaterial Controlling: Keeping track of daily material cost movements, Analysis of Material Margin from CO-PA, analysis of monthly production orders for variancesReporting of Material margin on BU/Division/Project/Material level in comparision to the plan/forecast.Analysis of Manufacturing, selling/distribution and admin costs in comparision to the budgetsWorking capital management, Capital employed and cash flowReporting of KPI's, MIS Reporting
