The platform offered B2B solutions with B2C-style acquisition, activation, and retention strategies.As Lead Product Manager, I was responsible for defining the product vision and strategy for the platform, as well developing and executing on the roadmap. My role involved conducting market and competitive research, leading customer interviews (both 1st and 3rd party), and driving experimentation and data analysis. I established KPIs to monitor and evaluate the performance of our web application, including KPIs for our growth funnel. Additionally, I developed processes for discovering and delivering new opportunities that maximized customer delight and delivered business value.

I also collaborated closely with the Data Science team to launch and iterate on our proprietary EdgeEnrich (Cash Flow Risk Attributes) and EdgeScore (Cash Flow Credit Score) products. Additionally, I led integrations with key channel partners and spearheaded the onboarding of our first set of customers.
