Taking care of breakdown and preventive maintenance of CNC based machines like Drilling, Quick mill, Lathe machine, Edge preparation, Band saw machine, Horizontal boring machine, Pipe and tube bending machine, System bender, Fin and tube blasting, etc.Taking care of Hydraulic and Pneumatic machine, Roller hearth furnace and bogie hearth furnace, MPM machines, Welding booms, Tank rotators, EOT, SG, Gantry and wall mounted cranes, Mobile machines like High bed wagon, Scissor lifter etc.Achieving reduction in breakdown incidences with implementation of preventive and proactive maintenance and root cause analysis; implementing corrective and preventive actions.Driving initiatives for inspection, shutdown jobs preparation & execution, action plans and Preparation of annual maintenance plans.Working on Condition based Monitoring like vibration analysis, SPM analysis and wear debris analysis.Mapped consumption pattern of spares and driven procurement initiatives to ensure availability of reasonable inventory of critical spares at all times.
