- Supervised and supported 6 Major Gifts staff members in Amnesty International USA's core regions: New York Tri-State Area, Washington, DC Metro; New England; Southern California; Northern California; Northwest and Western Regions- Re-engineered and implemented a new fiscal year budgeting and event planning process for FY2014- Member of key cross-departmental teams, including serving as the Fundraising representative on the core concert team for the 2014 "Bringing Human Rights Home" Concert at Barclays Center (Brooklyn), the first major reincarnation of Amnesty International's historic concert series in 16 years

- Designed an award-winning professional development session focused on philanthropy in communities of color, and how various organizations can responsibly and respectfully engage communities of color in their missions (May 2016)- Conceived, secured panelists and executed two professional advancement sessions for approximately 50 attendees each in July of 2012 and 2013 on the topic of fundraising department management and human resources maximization- Served on core team to produce a Major Gifts best practices session for approximately 100 attendees in February 2014- Co-produced a professional development session for AFP-NYC chapter members on how to engage and maximize volunteers in fundraising in July 2015
