I have been part of the IT industry for the past 30 years, while also being actively engaged in the education sector, collaborating with numerous schools and colleges. What drives me every day is the Spirit to Serve and be a Servant Leader with a strategic mindset & practitioner approach to create value for our customers & society. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics & Communication from Karnataka University and a Master’s in Practicing Management from INSEAD, France.I am currently serving as the CEO of CLT India (Children's Lovecastles Trust). At CLT India, our Vision is to provide Access to quality education for all and we are taking Education Technology to rural classrooms with purpose built, low cost digital platform called "e-Patashale". Our Mission is to connect Students & Teachers with transformative learning experiences and equip learners to succeed in a rapidly changing world.Before joining CLT India, I served as Vice President of IT at Informatica and held leadership roles in global tech companies such as Oracle, NetApp, Accenture, and Wipro Technologies, where I managed large global delivery centers in India, the US, and the UK. I was also closely associated with Mission10X, a Wipro initiative aimed at transforming engineering education in India. Over the years, I have participated as a speaker at various industry/education events, including national conferences on emerging trends, Zinnov CIO Conclave, NASSCOM conferences, IDC Directions, TUV ITSM conferences, QAI ITSM conferences, and the BSI-UK Conference.I am passionate about equipping young India with quality education and enable them for entrepreneurship and employability. I take great joy in teaching and sharing my industry and academic experience with working professionals, educators, and students.
