As per a critical requirement of the role, I continually searched, suggested and incorporated latest trends and improvements in site’s Physical Security program, while keeping focus on client’s perception of Security.Apart from other contractual requirements, I was also responsible to maintain the quality of Program delivery and also that of officer’s conduct and training. With regards to personnel, it was a part of my job to find strengths of individual Officers and fit them into the team accordingly.My other responsibilities included:• Generating Managerial reports.• Oversee investigations into criminal activities or accidents on site.• Creating strong relationship with community partners - businesses associations, police, emergency responders, community policing centre, etc.• Trend Analysis from Security reports.• Create proactive action plans to counter criminal activity.• Corrective actions and employee evaluations.• Implementing client site’s and Paladin’s Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
