As a part of L&D function, we were responsible to build a strong talent pipeline to support the growth of the organisation. In the process we redesigned the approach to identify training needs, aligned teams with functional, plant & organisational goals and facilitated interventions to build strong leadership pipeline. My role was spread across the function, from identifying the training need, building relationships with stakeholders at all levels designing the intervention with team and facilitating workshops.
