The technology stack consisted of Angular, Node, Adobe Experience Manager and WebSphere Commerce. Worked as IT Tax business line lead to lead the global delivery and transition of Tax Applications to a managed services model at Grant Thornton. Launched 4 Scrum teams to deliver time to market business solutions resulting in successful delivery of numerous applications to production. Key responsibilities included Program Management, Application Management, Application Development, Incident and Problem Management of Tax Applications at Grant Thornton.

Managed a product team (13 team members/$1.2 million total budget/$350K external spend) to deliver product enhancements to a complex integrated tax system.
