Sunil Wilkinson is a Brooklyn bred Saint Lucian native who started and sold his first company IPO Watchdog, a mobile alert service for IPO investors before graduating high school.Sunil studied Marketing Management in the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch City University of New York. Before graduating, Sunil started his professional career as a Product Manager in the Web Services Division for InfoSpace, a venture funded search engine monetization company.Knowing his entrepreneurial passions could not take a back seat, he left to launch SoundLoud/SoundStation, a direct-to-consumer digital music distribution company for MySpace artists and bands – securing deals with all the major record companies (UMG, Sony and Warner).Sunil then went on to launch AudioShot, the first music messaging emoji keyboard (Midem 2015 finalist). He also relaunched SoundStation as an AI/data-driven music playlist service for brands - with clients such as Pepsi.Sunil's newest software venture, TokenBot, is a conversational trading platform for group messaging apps backed directly by Science venture capital fund. Sunil is the Co-Founder and Senior Advisor of Culture Genesis, a multicultural digital media holding company which recently acquired All Def (founded by Russell Simmons, $18M funded by Greycroft, a16z, and WPP Ventures) with investors such as Betaworks and Mucker Capital, Clifford Joseph Harris Jr., Jason Geter and Baron Davis.He currently serves as Strategic Advisor at All Def, Culture Genesis, & Tokenbot, and Managing Director at Anubix Ventures.
