Technical and business requirement gathering, scoping and effort estimation of client's requirement.• Supervising project delivery department to ensure smooth completion of project lifecycle.• Engaging with the core product development team from product development perspective by Prpearing Statement of Need (SON) and presenting it to core team.• Ownership of all installed TSYS products at client premises including Authorisation Engine, Fraud Monitoring & Back office System.• Knowledge delivery of client’s existing business and technical infrastructure to Business Analysis and Core Development teams during client’s major upgrades and other project releated activities.• Acting as a single point of escalation for licensed clients.• Monitoring Service Desk Department’s performance against Client’s SLA (Service Level Agreements).• Conducting weekly, monthly, quarterly performance review meetings with various stakeholders at client premises or Internal Meetings.• Delivering demos of upcoming products and features to clients.• Technical Review and approval of Proposals and Variation Orders.• Strategic involvement with Business Account Managers/Other StakeHolders in achieving revenue targets.
