As per the mandatory requirement of Melbourne Institute of Technology to work in the Australian company, I did my internship in Genuine Education and VISA Services in my final semester as an IT Support and Network Engineer. There I got an opportunity to involve myself in Australian working environment. I am now looking for more challenges and opportunities.

I am an interested guy in the field of IT and Networking. Just to give continuity to my higher studies, I had to quit my job. Now I have completed my Studies in Master of Engineering Telecommunication where I got the chance to learn many topics in the Telecommunication and Networking.

I entered the Vianet Communications as a Technical Support Executive. There, my duties were to solve the internet issues of clients via telephone and field visit (if required). Along with this, opening tickets and following up until the problem is solved was other important part of my job.
