User Creation and Administration, Network Administration, working across Active Directory, Group Policy management, Windows 10, Office 365, Networking., Supporting and troubleshooting various Microsoft technologies at Level's 1 & some Level 2, Working knowledge on Cisco devices, VMware & Backup’s, SCCM/Software deployment, SharePoint, O365 Setup and Migrations, Experience in Microsoft Lists, Forms and Flows and provide support to roll-outs of new applications.Documenting and extracting data from systems to provide various reports to operational management.
