 Prepare, Maintain & assure updated accounts for Monthly/Quarterly and Yearly Financial Reporting (up to finalization) Active involvement in preparation of operational budgets and forecasts Responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly Cost & Sales reports with trend analysis regarding production and sales for management. Analyze and report the financial statement fluctuations. Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts. Preparation of AR and AP Aging on monthly basis. Responsible for payroll data verification to ensure accurate and timely processing of Salaries using the Wage Protection System (WPS) Responsible for the monthly close as well as maintenance of all accounting ledgers including monthly review of all account reconciliations and journal entries Provide timely explanations of variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets; provide corrective action recommendations to management Preparation of monthly debtors and creditors statement and follow up  Receivables Management and formalities of successful strategies for speedy realization of receivables. Payables Management and ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices Monthly general ledger closing, preparation and review of accruals and pass required journal entries Handling bank related documents i.e. L/C’s, bank guarantees, T/R ,B/L  Preparation of Profit & Loss account and various financial statements Prepare periodical cash flow statement and MIS report on time Reconciliation of Bank Statement with company Accounts. Liaison with internal and external auditors and review audit schedule/report.
