• Work closely with business, technology team, external vendors and Citi’s clients/partners to understand business requirements in Cards Domain.• Responsible for preparing business solution/process flow chart covering Credit Cards and Open API’s.• Conduct requirement briefing, user story grooming schedules, elaboration, and planning.• Leading the entire project lifecycle, lead / support functional design preparation and review with technology teams.• Monitor project progress and take corrective action on outstanding issues. Prepare the high level system diagram, process flow chart and support architect to prepare Design Charter.• Coordinating with Infra teams to elaborate the design charter and present the process flow for requirements to all stakeholders, product solutions and counterparts.• Conduct workshop with all stakeholders for larger and complex projects. • Create business use cases, process flow charts for each requirement with E0 sizing. • Building strong engagement with multiple stakeholders’ viz., Business Operations team, Regional Ops, Country tech, Business Product managers, Architects, Demand management, PMO.• Manage scope, effort / cost, schedule, while continuously identifying and mitigating underlying risks.• Project Risk management and mitigation.
