  I used to take care of the technical department of a part of cossipore dump. I used to visit sites, customers, dealers, retailers, head masons, masons, contractors, promoters, engineers and influencers to generate lead from them and to create opportunities for conversion of sites to our brand, I used to provide slab casting inspection, post sale services to loyal customers. I used to identify influencers and educate them about our cement, brand value, construction practices through various activities. I was responsible to close all the leads generated by me within mentioned time period after reaching cement on their sites. I used to maintain crm daily basis to keep updated with data and track the regular activities. I used to take care of the whole process of the different types of scheme for Head Masons, Masons, Customers, Influencers, Contractors, Engineers, Promoters, Dealers, Retailers. I used to conduct Dealer meet, Retailer meet, Mason Meet, Contractors or Head Masons or Prometers meet, Engineers meet, Influencers meet. I used to conduct canopy programmes in different places in congested areas as per requirement and generated leads accordingly. I used to visit all sites under my areas and educated customers, masons, retailers, head masons about first to last construction processes, good construction practices, safety measurements during construction, provided knowledge about quantity, quality and estimation of building materials used in construction and guided them proper information for good construction as much as possible and tried to present in all customer's sites as per their requirement.
