NHS costing is going through a massive transformation, moving from costing based on averages to costing the actual care individual patients receive. Patient-Level Information and Costing Systems (PLICS) bring together healthcare activity information with financial information in one place. The second project Sunit is implementing a streamline process for automatically approving, matching invoices which are sent directly from the supplier via email adhering to the trust payment policy whereby all invoices must be paid within 14 working days of receipt. Sunit has spent tireless hours creating anchors, lookup points within the system to recognise each suppliers invoices and matching PO's created ready for final payment. He has developed a strong skill set with public sector finance and a proven track record building high performing team both with the various financial teams as well as external providers. He is energetic and passionate about his work, having gained the ability to adapt and work in a variety of different clients and environment to deliver projects and work streams in both long and short periods of time. Sunit is continually seeking new and innovative ways of improving the way his team and his practice works, evident from his commitment to delivering a distinctive experience both internally and externally.Sunit currently also runs his own business within the automotive industry selling over 150 cars a year. Developing many skills from purchasing, repairing & maintenance, preparation, negotiation and his 5 star customer service.
