• Communicates with schools, tutors, parents/guardians, and LEAs on an ongoing basis.• Holds monthly meetings with Academic Coordinators and resolves any conflicts that may arise. •Manages all the daily operations—tutoring, field visits, communicating with LEAs.• Plans operations from the beginning and implements them after approval.• Coordinates between different departments.• Manages the budget of each department.• Incorporates continuous improvement methodologies into the departmental process by soliciting feedback from key user groups.
