Dr. Sunita Singh-Sengupta is currently a Professor at the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. She was Dean from May 2017-August 2020. She joined the Faculty of Management Studies as a Professor in 2005. Prior to this, she was an Associate Professor at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta for 10 years. With 30 years of teaching and research experience, Dr. Singh-Sengupta has lectured in the USA, UK, and France and presented over 100 research papers at international and national conferences. She is a member of the Academy of Management (AOM), International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP), and Management & Organizational Behavior Teaching Society (MOBTS)Her areas of research interests include Intrinsic Motivation as a Driver of Happiness, Cultural Determinants of Organizational Behaviour, Role of Psychology in Decision Making, Integrating Spirituality and Organizational Leadership, Culture, Philosophy and Management, Value Based Leadership for Employee Engagement, Role of Integral Leadership and Mindfulness in Creating Learning Organizations, Spirituality Sustainability, and Innovation, and Gender Diversity in Corporate Board, and Workplace Innovation.She has published 29 books, and over 60 articles in national and international journals of repute, and has successfully completed 11 independent research projects. She is the Founder of Integrating Spirituality and Organizational Leadership Foundation and the Founder Editor of two bi-annual journals - International Journal on Spirituality and Organizational Leadership, and International Journal on Vedic Foundations of Management. She is the editor of 10 Volume Compendium on Integrating Spirituality and Organizational Leadership published by ISOL Publications, India.
