 Handling end-to-end recruitment of IT positions to meet various departments staffing goals across all levels. Analyzing the requirements, sourcing/screening the relevant profiles through all the possible channels like using different job boards, professional network like LinkedIn and through personal reference. Perform the initial screening for the applicant and coordinate with Hiring Managers and the job seekers, scheduling and conducting interviews.  Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize closures and minimize Time to fill for the same.

 Experience of handling recruitments (PAN INDIA) for different clients in diversified sectors at various levels (Executives, Managers, Senior Managers, AVP, VP). Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements for new / existing clients. Creating Job Descriptions according to Companies Guidelines. Identifying and using different channels (add postings, portals, referrals) for sourcing resumes. Encouraging use of other sources like headhunting, user groups, references and employee referrals for building up a network of qualified candidates. Pre-Screening resumes on basis of the clients requirement. (Skill set, Salary range, Location, Work authorization and Profile suitability). Coordinating along with the functional heads (HR) & setting expectations with respect to right Job Profiles.  Getting the short listing from the respective clients against different positions. Lining the prospective candidates for the interview. Negotiating and Closing with the prospective candidates & clearly communicating all aspects of the offer including total compensation and relocation aspect.
