I am a certified Deception Detection expert who currently serves a lead consultative role to Project Renaissance, a corporate training and personal coaching company committed to catalysing permanent, positive & unconventional change & growth in businesses and individuals. I live for light-bulb insights and especially love turning conventional wisdom on its head based on existing and predicted conditions, intuition and extensive research. My focus is on examining all future inputs that will be important to a business and distilling them into the right solution for future success. Much of my work is informed by my extensive academic backgrounds and research expertise in Psychology & Sociology, and also by my multi-faceted work experience gained across various financial, educational, event management and creative fields over 14 years.As a creative Strategist, I am the thinker that informs the course of any project. I create paths and best courses of action that are perceived to be successfully achievable by others in a bid to attain their organisational objectives. By offering a wide-angle lens or rationale through which to see projects, my recommended strategies engage and motivate others to develop the best versions of themselves & their companies, regardless of the quality and amount of information at hand.
