Sr. PLM, JunosV App Engine & Junos Developer Platform• Responsible for all aspects of JunosV App Engine product from inception to a highly successful global launch with key SP & ENT customers and Juniper elite partners. Manager (Strategy & M&A Practice)• Product & Market Strategy: Key contributor to the development of post merger product strategy and end-state go to market operating model for the Cisco ASR5000 product line as a part of Starent Networks acquisition. Performed product and technology gap assessment, sku rationalization, software pricing, discount and ROI analysis across multiple internal and third party product lines.• Commercial Due Diligence: Led a clean room team to perform due diligence for a private equity client in a competitive bid situation for a $1B+ divestiture of a technology advisory services firm. Conducted deal pipeline review including primary market research to create a comprehensive revenue model.• M&A Integration & Synergy Management: Program managed and tracked over $2B in indirect procurement synergies over 3 years as a part the HP-EDS acquisition.• Market Analysis: Led a 4-person team to perform detailed emerging market assessment and product price-band analysis for Personal Systems Group at HP. Study findings were a key driver and input into PSG’s product portfolio optimization plans, shifting focus to data center blade servers and thin client product lines.• Technology Strategy: Performed a detailed assessment of the emerging trends and shifting business models in the cable and video content delivery industry for Cisco’s Service Provider Video Technology Group (SPVTG).• Operations Excellence: Streamlined product development efforts across HP Personal Systems Group's multiple R&D divisions by implementing a shared services model with a common Centre of Excellence (CoE), generating $7M in annual Opex savings.

• Led a three member team to develop business case for improved sub-tier part level visibility and traceability using advanced 2-D scanning technologies. Presented final recommendations at VP staff meeting getting approval for Phase II rollout.• Developed a financial model to quantify benefits from reduced excursions, faster defect detection and improved customer experience showing up to 75% reduction in total cost.• Project presented and awarded at the University of Michigan Spotlight! 2006 competition.
