My work includes organizing conferences worldwide. My role is to content writing, data collection, developing communication with academicians and business officials, email marketing, sending data, replying, social networking, data campaigning, website construction, digital marketing, indexing, quality reviewing of abstracts and articles, proceedings book proofing etc. My work starts from selecting topics for the conference, location, time period and number of days to organize a conference by doing primary research about scope and importance of the topic across the globe. Then after need to work on content writing and website construction, finalizing scientific sessions for a conference, preparing brochures, scheduling program, updating necessary banners, collection of data and sending mails (email marketing), data campaigning for bulk data (mass mailing), indexing, social networking, communicating through mails and calls, time to time follow ups, approaching related companies for exhibitions, sponsor ships and collaborations, media partnering, finally working on proceedings, CE, CPD and CME certifications and at last attending as conference onsite organizer.
