Talking and motivating the potential candidates to apply.Schedule short listed candidates for Technical and Client interviewsFollow up with the candidate post selection and schedule for the HR round. Releasing the Offer after clearance from the HR round. Conducting reference checks (If required) and submitting the essential documents required for the process from the candidate. Ensure the candidate is on-board on the committed date by frequent follow-up with the candidate.To maintain, implement and update all MIS reports.To maintain the database.And also i handle generalist role like Reimbursemnt, Sending Offer intmiation.
