“Our thoughts create our world” …Many times as a child I was reprimanded for talking, sometimes cheered and sometimes ridiculed, my training to surface as Trainer began right there. After being a good learner and an average student (academically) I started my quest as a tele-caller, where I improved my telephonic aptitude. Moving on to Business development interacting face on with clients from different arenas progressing in the art of communication, learning more about how to sell yourself I ventured into H.R administration growing as a team player polishing my problem solving skills and then to Training.Training - my passion, where in I have successfully used different methodologies to enable participants to integrate in their living the crux of the training. Through classroom training, activity based learning and also practical demonstration and hands on application I have executed many workshops and long term courses.Through my interaction with more than 7500 students I have learnt to read and negotiate with students coming from different backgrounds and regions. Also ventured into counseling to support mutual growth.Today I witness myself as a young mind with an enthusiastic heart, envisioning eyes, transmittable smile and healing touch. I’m an Out-of-the-Box thinker with a flair for charting out training strategies to enhancing employability and facilitate transformation. Comprehending the need to grow I equipped myself with NLP & TA along with various other trainings and spiritual teachings.
