• Responsible for Sales & Marketing department of the hotel.
• Control the availability of rooms, room types, accuracy of room count and rate categories.
• Maximize occupancy revenue and average rate while maintaining high service standards.
• Managing and training the Front Office, Concierge, Night Auditor, Reservations, Customer Service and Operator team
• Troubleshoot emergencies.

Puducherry Area, India

• Ensure smooth operations of Front Desk and concierge
• Check the cleanliness of the lobby and public areas and all front office staffs are in proper an orderly appearance and behaviour.
• Meet and greet all the guests of the hotel.
• Assist in VIP arrivals and departures.
• Check all registration cards of arriving guests and ensures all information are in place.
• Give instruction to night shift receptionists on the daily shift handovers and important messages.
