I am a (B.Com, LL.B.) Lawyer with 3 years of experience in LPO and Finance (Foreign Exchange) industry.I started my career in the year 2014 with one of the top LPO firm and gained immense exposure in reviewing legal documents and research by catering to international law firms. I quickly escalated as a key member to quality check and audit teams, while also serving as a point of contact to resolve queries of team members. Thereafter, I assisted international financial institution with their regulatory filings and worked on various other requests to fulfill their regulatory and / or audit requirements.Later, I switched to another company as a Senior Risk and Compliance professional to work in the Anti Money Laundering and Know Your Customer team along with assisting in the legal activities, and analyzing foreign exchange transactions. In this role, I have also assisted in implementation of in-house technology to ensure applicability to the regulatory guidelines. Working on multiple projects has given me the opportunity to gain hands on experience of multiple technological platforms such Relativity, Xerox, Iexchange etc.My area of interest is Corporate law with an inclination of developing my career in Contract Management / Merger and Acquisitions / Company Law. In addition to this, I also have an interest in Data Privacy protection.Apart from my professional life, I have also been involved in extra curricular activities. Throughout my school and college, I have been involved in sports and I was also an active member of Toast Masters club.Since May 2018, I have been involved in my family business and now I am seeking new opportunities.
