• Managed various brands such as Rag and Bone, Theory, Alexander Wang, Helmut Lang, Everlane, Aritzia• Daily communication with brands with the support from our own overseas factory in Vietnam and fabric team in Korea to follow up on development and production• Update and track WIP of garments and fabric to ensure delivery is on time • Source specialized new fabrics or develop to help develop on the brand's artwork and vision• Evaluates and resolves technical feasibility, design, and all production issues• Work with other departments to establish design, development, and vendor strategy• Knowledge of special garment dye washes and prints such as overdye, pigment, acid, tie dye, indigo wash• Managed and approve trims, fabric, garments, and production timeline• Track and organize proto samples, SMS, PPS, and TOP samples • Resolve any warehouse and shipping issues or discrepancies • Evaluate and calculate cost, margins, and profit• Analyze fabric and garment test reports and final inspection test reports before shipment• Bi-weekly meetings with brands to follow up and build relations

• Oversee production including the fabric and trims being produced• Communicate with our Seoul, Korea office team and buyers including Costco (Kirkland), William Rast, Macy’s to make sure production is running smoothly and on time• Create purchase orders, update logs and charts to maintain and keep track of fabrics, trims, styles, and tests• Manage and oversee timely approvals of all stages of styles in production• Spec and check all fits, pre-production, and TOP• Check all trims including hang tags with UPC stickers for scan approval, care labels, and carton markings• Works closely designer and sales team to create innovative line for our customers• Review fabric, garment, and inspection reports from SGS• Coordinate meetings with fabric and trim vendors• Provide general administration work to team as needed such as shipping and ordering supplies for the office
