Agile Coach
CurrentKick-started 3 Kanban-method-oriented teams and 1 scrum powered new product.Ran an Agile support organ for:- case studying for apprentice coaches,- case solving for mature product teams,- methodology database knowledge inflow.Leaded 20+ cases as a consultant for volunteers: visualization, task tracking, burnout and competence management, implementation of Scrum and Kanban-method, loss and expelling a team member, splitting a team resulting in a new service-team.Taught dev team, managers, product leaders and owners:- values and value stream management practices such as User Story and USM, decomposition, scoring models, prioritization, probabilistic planning, evidence based management, TBD, tech debt, planning poker, PBR and others contained in Scrum, Kanban, DevOps..- soft skills such as feedback, effective meetings organization, facilitation, personal productivity, visualization, trainings creation, change management, supporting leaders, interacting with self-managed team.Also created a training a model and a new approach to running effective meetings. Took part in many more training creation for internal agile coach school: scrum, kanban, tech debt, few workshops. During the lockdown period volunteered and promoted few distributed team instruments like Miro and Sli.do.Supported HR brand:- ran DevRel activities during the Agile Days 2021,- wrote articles for internal transformation newsletters,- organized and leaded external agile community oriented event from scratch. During that I've told about agile self-help techniques.Helped transformation to grow:- developed templates for agile product team events,- Invented organizational metaphors and brought them to middle-management,- mentored and coached 3 internal Agile coach school streams. Thus helped colleagues to grow understanding and and feel the confidence to lead and rule processes.- standardized streams and commitment points for the area- ran reviewing activity for Program Increment items
