Clinic Main Receptionist
After working as a casual receptionist at Limitless for a year, I got promoted to the main receptionist which means I am in charge of all duties at the reception desk such as managing casual receptionists' tasks and their shifts, taking responsibility for all invoices for clients (DVA, Workcover, CTP and EPC Medicare clients), organise documents (Referral letter, Scan or MRI report and AHRR request forms) and handling clients' requests and feedbacks. Key Responsibilities (Main Receptionist)- Welcoming patients and visitors, answering the telephone, and answering any inquiries.- Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation. - Scheduling appointments and keeping those appointments on time.- Handling patients' documents and case notes that need to be uploaded on MINDBODY.- Handling doctors' letters for clients and communicating with Physiotherapists based on doctors' letters before the appointment. - Keeping a clean and calm reception area.- Liaising with Medicare and private health funds.- Maintaining information confidentiality.- Transports dirty towels to correct area to be picked up and restock areas with clean towels.- Providing day or week tasks to casual receptionists. - Organising casual receptionists' shifts.- Ordering clinic products every month whenever we need.
