Build long term business with key vendor. 5. Solve internal complain for quality or service issue. responsible to bought: pregreg, dry fibric, polyester, resin, adhesive, vacuum, insulation materials, commercial parts, hydraulic parts etc.

1. Sourcing raw material for production line. 2. Calculate annual purchasing forecast and cash flaw forecast. Negotiate price base on purchasing forecast. 3. Issue PO at right time and right quantity according to production plan and MRP. Tracking PO status, ensure goods arrived on time. 4. Evaluate suppliers together with related departments, analyses cost construction. Control transport cost and select best route to shorten the circle time.5. As the key user of ERP logistic mould, take part in the headquarters’ training. To table the reasonable proposal to make this mould perfected. Responsible to bought: glass fiber, polyester, resin, vacuum material, etc.

1. Manage supplier. Inquiry key supplier’s production status, capacity, machine status, etc. Settle latent problems to avoid delay delivery.2. Cost control. Collect data and analyze cost structure to achieve the target cost. 3. Maintain ERP data timely, inventory control. 4. If the material was imported, coordinate with supplier and forwarder for delivery on time. Prepare Customs documents and certification in advance to ensure goods arrive on time.5. Negotiated with forwarder for the freight rate every years. 6. Mange forwarder and broker. Transportation cost control.
