Sourcing for good suppliers in led lighting industry, both finished products and components, to UAE, Europe and USA. Based in Guangzhou China, with multicultural working experience for German and American owned companies.My main tasks are (including but not limited to):4 year's sourcing/purchasing experience in B2B business, LED lights, clothing and 3C products, etc.PRODUCTS SOURCING: Source new and qualified vendors as per client's inquires, for projects of different products.QUALITY CONTROL: Inspect factories before placing the bulk order; inspect goods before shipment; Visit vendors in different production areas; Define and structure the processes of the internal QA/QC management system in accordance with the client's specifications;SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT/PRICE NEGOTlATION: Responsible for the vendor selection before new project, ensure the capacity, delivery time and quality stability: Discuss with vendor in details, requesting accurate quotation for different products, annual price negotiation and sign business agreement; Organize technical engineers and salesperson to address technical details, confirm lead time, review quotation and take responsibility of cost control; Check the quality and delivery abnormal, and complete the payment deduction and monthly reconciliation.ORDER MANAGEMENT/PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT: Cooperate with the project team in product development, and improve technical parameters: Responsible for the inspection and acceptable, review and problem rectification of product sample during ET/PT process of sample cars, and ensure the completion of sample car till SOP process;Work closely with testing service companies such as TUV, VDE, UL, cUL, and DLC, etcLOGISTICS MANAGEMENT: Manage logistics from factories to outside of China by Air cargo, sea shipping,express services (DHL, UPS or FedEx, etc.)
