I am currently working as Analytical Development and Quality Control laboratories lead for drug products and drug substances. Experience in Analytical Method Development & Validation of different dosage forms at different phases. Experience in Analytical Method Development, Method Validation and Method transfers for small molecules, complex generic large molecules and NCE’s. Strong knowledge of regularity guidelines like cGMP, FDA, ICH. Good exposure on commercial deliverables per customer needs in CMO and CDMO setting.My expertise lies in Analytical method development & validation study planning, work delegation, leadership, training and mentoring employees.Good exposure in QC/QA activities and timely deliverable of stability and in-process.Experience in handling deviations, CAPA, OOS and OOT in timely manner for project completion.Hands-on experience in LCMS, UPLC, HPLC, UV, FTIR, Dissolution and other analytical instruments.
