CurrentOver the past 8 years, led the overall Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA), Financial Reporting functions, managed Due Diligence, worked with financial control function also managed Audits, Treasury, Co-lending and Accounting (AR/ AP functions) and investor reporting.Financial Planning and Forecasting:• Led the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, also prepared long-term financial plans which supported in the strategic decision making.• Closely watched the forecasted numbers and identified trends and variances vs actuals.Due Diligence and Audit:• Managed Due Diligence (vendor and investor). End to end responsible for coordinating with the Due Diligence team, getting the data shared based on requirements, solving their queries and getting the final report.• Coordinate and manage audits including preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor queries.Financial Reporting:• Prepare and presented monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.• Identified and tracked key performance indicators (KPls) to track financial and operational performance• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.• Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Indian Accounting Standards (IndAS).Strategic Analysis and Support:• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business initiatives and strategic projects.• Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.Audit and Compliance:• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements• Address and resolve any audit findings and implement corrective actionsCo-lending & Accounting:• In past, oversaw co-lending deals, monthly reconciliation and closures.• Responsible for ageing report, income booking, NPA provisioning as per RBI guidelines.
