Over the past 15 years, I have spent the majority of my career connecting people and have specialized in launching and growing businesses into new markets. I’ve led for-profit companies and non-profit organizations, providing a diverse perspective and achieving great strides in both. I am inspired by entrepreneurs and community impact leaders daily. I have always had a deep desire to make a difference, searched for fulfillment + purpose, a drive and commitment to make a contribution to this world. I felt called and made the decision to leverage my skills and experience to have a greater impact. My goal: To use my spiritual gifts for positive and meaningful impact. My vision: Through a collaborative effort of funders, government, corporate, and nonprofits, we will achieve transformational change. Because I believe in building a strong network and the value those relationships can bring to your life, I launched Network Under 40: Nashville in September of 2016 - a professional networking organization for young professionals to connect and build authentic friendships through business contacts. We achieved growth of 2,500+ members and averaged 125 attendees each month, while highlighting the impactful work of over 40+ non-profits and community partners.In my role as Founder & CEO of Catalyst Collective, I am looking for strategic opportunities to strengthen communities. Catalyst Collective is a collaborative community of passionate leaders and organizations that share resources and services to help our local nonprofits.
